Barbour Logic unveils next-generation correspondence solution

The pioneer of automated solutions for responding to motorists unveiled the industry’s most advanced letter-generating system at this year’s Parkex (2018). Barbour Logic’s Response Master 4.0 has been totally redesigned using the latest technologies to deliver unprecedented operational efficiencies for local authority parking teams.

Selected for the Parkex Innovation Trail, the new system builds on the ground-breaking success of Response Master over the past decade and the experience of Barbour Logic’s 65 local authority customers. Harnessing the latest web development methods and usability practices, Response Master 4.0 features a new and intuitive user interface. Users can now access everything on one screen and can instantly see the decision and the letter being written before their eyes.

Browse, search and selection functions have also been improved, with Response Master automatically calculating top reasons and recent reason lists for each contravention. This simplifies the response process for new users and enables local authorities to respond to motorists better, faster, and smarter than ever before.
